For all fans of Italian ham, there is now a new vegan alternative based on organic seitan: Vantastic foods Carpaccio bacon style!

Really authentic, vegan cold cuts with the taste of Italian Carpaccio ham. Their basis consists of purely vegetable wheat gluten coming from controlled organic cultivation. Additional pea protein enriches the Carpaccio slices with an extra dose of vegan protein and a pinch of white pepper with a little garlic grants a really special flavour.
