ALLERGY ADVICE: Contains soy, wheat, oats and gluten. May contain traces of egg, milk (incl. lactose), celery, mustard and other cereals containing gluten.

PREPARATION: In a frying pan: Fry in 2 - 3 tbsp. hot oil over medium heat for approx. 3 minutes on both sides. | In the oven: Heat through for approx. 8 minutes on an oven rack in a preheated oven at 200°C.
