Ingredients
200g glutinous rice
300ml coconut milk
50g sugar
2 ripe mangos
1 sprig of mint
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash the glutinous rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Then soak in plenty of water for 2 hours.
2. Next, bring the rice and water to the boil. As soon as the water boils, turn down the heat and let the rice simmer for around 25 minutes with the lid on until the water has been absorbed completely.
3. Meanwhile, peel and dice the mangos.
4. Pour 300ml of coconut milk into a saucepan and heat it up. Stir in the salt and sugar, heat up the mixture and pour over the sticky rice. Cover, and leave to soak in for another 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Once the rice has soaked up the coconut milk, layer the rice with the mango, sesame seeds and mint in the dessert glasses, and serve.
