Ingredients:
- Wholemeal toast
- Vegan alternative to cheese
- Vegan alternative to cream cheese
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- Cress
Peparation:

To prepare, wash the cucumber, peel and slice as desired. Cut open the avocado and remove the core and skin. Now also slice the avocado.

This sandwich is a stacker. First coat the lower slice with a creamy alternative to cream cheese. Place cucumber, avocado and cress on top. Put a slice of vegan cheese alternative on top. Spread another bread with cream cheese alternative and place on top.

Repeat this sequence as often as required until the sandwich has reached the desired size.
Our tip:
Let your imagination run wild! Mint, basil or other herbs give the sandwich a new taste colour.
