Ingredients:
- vegan burger patties
- burger buns
- 1/2 red cabbage
- 1/2 lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- pickles
- 1 Onion
- vegan sauce of your choice
Instructions:

First, heat up the vegan burger patties in the pan.

In the meantime, you can cut the red cabbage, lettuce, avocado, onion, tomato, cucumber and pickled gherkin to your liking.

Now the burger construction can start. We recommend the following order: Spread the lower half of the bun with a sauce of your choice. Then tomato, cucumber, vegan patty, onion, avocado and red cabbage. Finally, put the top half of the bun on top and enjoy!
Our tip for you:
Briefly toast the buns to create a crispy burger. Additionally, the avocado can be used to make a guacamole, which can then be spread onto the top half of the bun.
