Ingredients:
- 300 g Happy Cashew "Cashewgurt" classic
- 200 g flour
- 2 Tbsp soy flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 packet vanilla sugar
Instructions:
Blend all dry ingredients in a bowl and fold in the vegan cashewgurt and mix well.
In a skillet over medium heat cook each pancake until each side is golden brown. Serve with fresh fruits of toppings of your choice. These pancakes are perfect for a quick and delicious breakfast on the weekend. They also taste delicious the next day. Enjoy.
