Additive-free organic homemade dishes from JooTi

Who knew a vegan diet could be so straightforward or delicious? JooTi soups and ready meals are additive-free organic homemade dishes cooked freshly on a daily basis. Only the finest vegetables and pulses, predominantly from organic farmers from the region make it into the Bavarian farm kitchen’s stew pot. The willingness to use crooked carrots and knotty potatoes is owed not just to the sustainable life philosophy of JooTi’s chefs, but above all to what these add to the delicious taste of the fine kitchen creations.

Vegan ready meals and soups from the master kitchen

The ingredients: fresh vegetables, fine spices, honest kitchen craftsmanship – and nothing else. JooTi founders Joachim Schwarz and Timo Kreuzer are chefs with many years of experience in upscale vegan gastronomy, and there’s one firm principle they apply to their daily fresh ready-to-eat compositions: no preservatives, aromas or flavour enhancers, only vegetables and spices of the best quality. This principle is applied to their ready-to-eat homegrown classics like chestnut-pumpkin soup or their ready-made culinary adventures into the Far East, e.g. Thai curry with basmati rice, Moong Daal with green lentils or Indian Sabzi vegetables in sauce and basmati rice with cashews.

Boundless imagination, uncompromising quality

JooTi’s experimental ready meals have been inspiring vegans since 2006. As well-networked partners within the organic retail industry, the founders pay particular attention to the quality and origin of their purely plant-based ingredients. Their unconventional ready meals have been as well-known as they have been popular on the scene ever since. JooTi dishes are prepared in a traditional kitchen on an old farm in Bavarian Gauting/Unterbrunn. Here, cooking is an honest craft engaged in with responsibility, quality and enthusiasm in mind.
