JooTi founders Joachim Schwarz and Timo Kreuzer are chefs with many years of experience in upscale vegan gastronomy and there’s one firm principle they apply to their daily fresh ready-to-eat compositions: no preservatives, aromas or flavour enhancers, only vegetables and spices of the best quality. This principle is applied to their ready-to-eat local classics such as chestnut-pumpkin soup or their ready-made culinary adventures to the Far East, e.g. Moong Daal with green lentils or Indian Sabzi vegetables in sauce and basmati rice with cashews.

JooTi’s experimental ready meals have been inspiring vegans since 2006.
