Hedi wants to offer all vegans and flexitarians a diverse alternative for their next snack, breakfast or supper. And the French start-up has served up some great options already: in addition to vegan lentil smoked pork style pâté, vegan smoked pork pâté with green pepper and vegan liver sausage, the range also includes vegan lentil sucuk and vegan lentil cabanossi.
