INGREDIENTS: Drinking water, wheat protein texturate (wheat protein (60%), wheat flour) (15%), sunflower oil, wheat flour, thickener: methyl cellulose, processed euchema seaweed; corn, wheat starch, spirit vinegar, lemon juice, table salt, sugar, natural flavors, spices (garlic, pepper), yeast.

ALLERGY ADVICE: Contains wheat and gluten. May contain traces of milk (incl. lactose), egg and soy.

CHILLED PRODUCT: Please store between 2°C and 7°C.

NOTE: This product was packed within a protective atmosphere.

PREPARATION: In a frying pan: Heat 3 - 4 tbsp. vegetable oil and fry the vegan schnitzel for approx. 7 - 8 min. over medium heat until golden brown. | In the deep fryer: Deep fry at approx. 140 - 160°C for approx. 3 - 5 min. until crispy. | In the oven: Preheat oven (top and bottom heat 200°C, convection oven 180°C) and bake vegan schnitzel for approx. 10 - 12 min.
