Shipping and returns

We deliver within Germany as well as to other European countries.

We will also ship your order as soon as it contains at least one fresh product in a sustainable insulation package with gel pack.
This will cost you 2,99 Euro. To ensure a seamless cold chain to your door, chilled goods are only shipped on Mondays to Thursdays (Mondays to Wednesdays for shipping addresses abroad).

SHIPPING IN GERMANY:

Within Germany we offer express shipping. If the order is received between Monday and Thursday until 11 a.m., the delivery will be made on the following business day (not for prepayment orders).

We can offer DHL Express up to a maximum weight of 19.99 kg. For orders with a higher weight, please feel free to contact our customer service for an individual calculation at any time.

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: 

We ship your order, as soon as it contains at least one fresh item, in a sustainable insulated packaging with gel pack. This will cost you 2.99 euros. To ensure an uninterrupted cold chain to your door, refrigerated goods are shipped abroad only on Mondays to Wednesdays.

Due to long shipping times, the cold chain cannot be guaranteed for certain countries. Therefore, the following countries are excluded from refrigerated shipping: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary and Cyprus.

Express shipping to other European countries is offered only for orders up to a maximum of 10 kg. If the order is received between Monday and Wednesday by 11 a.m., delivery will be made within 1-2 business days (not for prepayment orders).

SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE THE EU:

In promotional periods, due to holidays/weekends or high order volumes, small delays may occur during shipping. If you wish an appointment dispatch or no dispatch before the weekend, inform us this please in the order process. If we do not receive any information to this effect, we ship regularly from Monday to Friday.
In the warm months we ship heat sensitive products only from Monday to Thursday (for orders within Germany) to avoid transport over weekends. Foreign orders with cooled goods are shipped only from Monday to Wednesday.

packing and shipping costs for overweight deliveries (30kg+)

The corresponding shipping costs per package are automatically displayed in the shopping basket according to your information on the country of delivery. They are calculated for shipments up to a total weight of 30kg (goods plus packaging material). If this weight is exceeded and a further package / further packages is / are necessary, then the shipping costs indicated in the shop result for each further package again.

Of course, we will contact you in this case before shipping, so that consultation can be held whether more than one package should be sent.

Please avoid signs of use and damage to the goods. If possible, please return the goods complete and with the original packaging.

Refrigerated goods cannot be returned. We hope for your understanding.

Please always use suitable packaging to protect against transport damage.

Please do not return the goods freight collect. The postage costs, if they are to be carried by us, we refund you also gladly in advance.

Please note that the above information on returns is not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal.
