The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

Offer and conclusion of contract
The sales contract is concluded with Velivery GmbH & Co. KG.

With attitude of the products in on-line Shop we deliver excluding noncommittal offers over these articles. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process.

After entering the personal details required for the order and the other details necessary for the execution of the order, the buyer submits a binding order offer for the purchase of the respective goods by clicking on the field "order subject to payment" as the last step of the order process. The buyer has the possibility to check his entries again and to change them if necessary before finally clicking on the field "Order payable".

We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by e-mail. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. The purchase contract is concluded with the delivery of the goods by us. Should the buyer not receive delivery within 5 working days, he is no longer bound to his order.

In the case of orders by fax or telephone, the contract is also concluded when the goods are dispatched by us. In the case of telephone and fax orders, the buyer must provide the information necessary for the execution of the contract and the delivery, in particular the address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Information for consumers for distance selling contracts and customer information for contracts in electronic business transactions
The seller is not subject to any special codes of conduct not mentioned above.

The buyer can recognize possible input errors with the delivery of the order with the final confirmation before the cash and correct with the help of the change function before sending off the order at any time.

The essential characteristics of the goods offered by the seller as well as the validity period of limited offers can be found on the individual product detail pages or on the respective offer page within the Internet offer.

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

The buyer can save the contract text on his computer by clicking on the right mouse button of his browser or print it out using the print function of his browser. The contract text - with the exception of the freely accessible general terms and conditions - is also stored by the seller and sent to the buyer by e-mail after conclusion of the contract.

As an unregistered customer, the purchaser cannot view the order data via the Internet after conclusion of the purchase for security reasons. Buyers who are registered customers have the possibility to view their previous orders under the menu item "My account" and there under "My orders".

Information on payment, delivery or fulfilment can be found in the respective offer. In addition, the buyer will find further information under the headings shipping and return, customer information and revocation. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day following your payment order, in the case of all other payment methods with your order. Should the last day of the period fall on a Sunday or public holiday, the following working day shall take the place of the end of the period.

As part of the PayPal payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment order to PayPal.

If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, you have to be registered there in order to pay the invoice amount, or you have to register first and legitimize with your access data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you do not have to be registered with PayPal to be able to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be executed by your credit card company upon PayPal's request immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after your legitimation as legitimate cardholder and your card will be debited. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

If you have chosen to pay by direct debit, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal asks its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be executed and your account will be debited. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

If you have chosen the payment method Paypal / RatePay invoice, you do not have to be registered with Paypal / RatePay to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and submission of the order, we assign our claim to Paypal / RatePay. In this case you can only pay to Paypal / RatePay with debt discharging effect. Zaver - Purchase on Invoice

If you have chosen the payment method purchase on Invoice by Zaver, you will be asked to enter your phone number and date of birth for verification. You will then receive another SMS with confirmation code, which you need to complete your purchase. Zaver only collects data directly related to the purchase in accordance with the Privacy Policy. After the order confirmation from Velivery, you will receive a separate email with further payment information from Zaver for your purchase at Velivery GmbH & Co.KG.


Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Damages in transit
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will not have any consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

Food labelling
The lists of ingredients of the foodstuffs offered by us have been compiled to the best of our knowledge and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Nevertheless, it is possible that the product packaging contains further or deviating information, e.g. recipe and/or ingredient changes by the manufacturer. Only the labelling on the product packaging at the time of delivery is decisive for consumption! Therefore, always read the list of ingredients and all references to labels, package insert documents and/or packaging before consuming the product! We are not liable for inaccurate or incorrect product information provided by the manufacturer or other third parties. Your legal claims remain unaffected.

Return costs
If you make use of your statutory right of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
